Established in 2004, TechPickle is a home based, owner operated family business based in the north eastern Adelaide suburb of Klemzig.

If you require the computer to be picked up or dropped off to your home or place of work, a standard callout fee of $20 per visit applies. ³

If your computer requires a full data backup and software reinstall due to a virus infection or other problems, we perform the following reinstall service:

• Backup all data, documents, pictures, music etc
• Scan all backed up data for viruse, spyware and malware
• Install common software and anti virus protection
• Apply all Windows or Mac OS updates
• 24 to 48 hour maximum completion time

2. Refunds are given prorata if service is unsuccessful and no solution is provided. If we provide a reasonable solution which is refused, no refund shall be given.

3. $20 callout fee applies where travel time is in excess of 40 minutes or further than 25km from Klemzig, whichever comes first. This fee is doubled per doubling of distance or time, whichever comes first.
