Service area
Clients outside our service area are subject to a $30 callout fee. Our service area extends in a 5km radius from our base in Klemzig 5087.Refund entitlements
- Goods are defective (the defect has not been caused by you)
- Does not match the description or sample provided
- Do not operate or function as described by us
Refund exclusions
- Change of mind
- Discovery of a better deal on offer elsewhere
- Knowledge of an existing fault prior to purchase
- Damage to goods through misuse
Exchange and refunds
We will exchange, credit or repair your goods where possible. This refund policy applies only if the the refund entitlements are met, goods are returned within a reasonable time and there is proof of purchase.Warranties
Parts and computer systems sold with warranties include both parts and labour for the repair or replacement of the affected part. Warranty is only valid if proof of purchase is provided along with any documentation, warranty papers and boxes.Warranty periods are set by the manufacturer of individual components, this varies between manufacturers.
Processing of warranty returns may take up to 14 business days to complete. If possible, a replacement part or computer system may be loaned out until the warranty return is completed.

Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the safety and redundancy of your data. Ensure you have sufficient backups of your personal and business data and software.Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, we reserve the right not to disclose why service was refused.Web services such as hosting have no minimum guarantee of service uptime. We are not responsible for loss of revenue or potential business as a result of downtime.
